Dando continuidade às atividades virtuais para alunos e público em geral durante o período de contingenciamento, o Método Supera, plataforma especializada em ginástica para o cérebro, realiza todas às quartas-feiras pela manhã, sempre às 10h, transmissões ao vivo direto dos perfis do Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/metodosupera) e YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/user/metodosupera) de sua rede nacional. Os encontros semanais contam com atividades e bate-papos com especialistas de diversas áreas.
A ação, disponível a todos os públicos de forma gratuita, tem o objetivo de trabalhar temas especiais relacionados à Ginástica para o Cérebro através de exercícios para desenvolver as capacidades cognitivas de cada pessoa. Os temas mudam a cada semana e todos os encontros trarão dinâmicas diferentes. Em sua primeira veiculação, o encontro trabalhou com o ábaco, uma das ferramentas do curso, que desenvolve habilidades como memória, raciocínio e coordenação motora.
De acordo com Selma Freitas, do Supera Fortaleza, essa é uma ótima maneira de exercitar a mente sem sair de casa. “Esse momento de encontro e as demais atividades disponibilizadas têm como principal objetivo continuar exercitando o cérebro no dia a dia mesmo no período de isolamento social. Portanto, quem quiser conhecer um pouco mais sobre as atividades e exercícios que praticamos com os nossos alunos, essa é uma excelente oportunidade” diz.
