Nos dias 10 e 11 de janeiro, a programação reúne grupos de tradições populares selecionados nas Mostras Regionais

Janeiro, 2026 – O Governo do Ceará, por meio da Secretaria da Cultura, realiza a XVIII Mostra Estadual do Ciclo Ceará Natalino nos dias 10 e 11 de janeiro de 2026 no Complexo Cultural Estação das Artes, em Fortaleza. Gratuita e aberta ao público, a programação é culminância das 14 Mostras Regionais realizadas em novembro e dezembro em diversas macrorregiões do estado, com apresentação de manifestações culturais que celebram as tradições populares.

Com o tema “Dramas que contam e cantam o Ceará”, o Ciclo homenageou a cultura das dramistas, mulheres que carregam uma rica tradição popular no estado. Reconhecido como patrimônio imaterial do Ceará, o drama popular é a expressão cultural que enfatiza a presença feminina no fazer artístico. Simbolizando essa história, foram homenageadas as trajetórias da Mestra Ana Maria, de Tucuns (Tianguá), da Mestra Ieda, de Guanacés (Cascavel), e  da Mestra Zilda, de Guaramiranga.

O Ciclo Ceará Natalino é uma ação contínua de fomento e apoio à realização de iniciativas destinadas à promoção, preservação e difusão das tradições regionais cearenses voltadas para as manifestações próprias desse período. A Mostra Estadual reitera o trabalho de valorização com apresentações de bois, dramistas, lapinhas vivas, pastoris, presépios e reisados. Ao todo, são 13 grupos que representam os municípios de Altaneira, Canindé, Crato, Fortaleza, Itatira, Juazeiro do Norte, Maracanaú, Ocara, Paracuru, Quixeré, Russas e Tianguá.

O Ciclo Ceará Natalino 2025 é uma realização do Governo do Ceará, por meio da Secretaria da Cultura. Este ano, o investimento total foi de R$1.598.709,05, sendo R$ 250.000,00 para a Mostra Estadual, R$846.160,00 para os grupos e R$54.549,06 para pareceristas. Foram mais de 40 grupos entre reisados, pastoris, lapinhas, presépios e dramistas se apresentando por todo o Estado do Ceará. Conta com parceria da Prefeitura de Cascavel e produção da Assum Preto.
