A 23ª edição do Restaurant Week Fortaleza está nos melhores restaurantes da cidade, reunindo sabores, experiências e muita inspiração italiana em torno da boa gastronomia. O festival segue até o dia 26 de outubro, e ainda dá tempo de aproveitar essa deliciosa programação que movimenta a cena gastronômica da cidade!
Nesta edição, 57 restaurantes participam do evento com cardápios exclusivos inspirados no tema “Uma Volta à Itália”, convidando o público a embarcar em uma verdadeira viagem pelos aromas e tradições da culinária italiana.
Nós tivemos a oportunidade de experimentar essa deliciosa jornada no DOC Pizza Artigianale & Cucina, onde a proposta de unir arte, autenticidade e sabor se traduz em cada prato. De entrada, provamos Scugnizzi e Arancini Rossi — combinações perfeitas para abrir o apetite. O prato principal foi o Fusilone alla Amatriciana , com equilíbrio impecável entre massa, molho e temperos. E, para encerrar, um irresistível Gelato Artigianale , que selou a refeição com leveza e doçura na medida certa.
A experiência foi memorável — um ambiente acolhedor, sabores autênticos e uma culinária simplesmente impecável.
A Restaurant Week Fortaleza 2025 é um convite para celebrar a diversidade gastronômica da cidade.
