As inscrições para a 19ª edição do Brasil Sabor seguem abertas até 24 de abril. O festival, promovido pela Abrasel, é uma vitrine estratégica para bares e restaurantes que desejam impulsionar seus negócios e atrair novos clientes. Neste ano, o evento acontece entre 15 de maio e 1º de junho, reunindo estabelecimentos de diversas regiões para valorizar a diversidade da culinária nacional e estimular o setor gastronômico.

Com quase duas décadas de tradição, o Brasil Sabor se consolidou como um dos principais festivais do segmento, proporcionando aos participantes um aumento no fluxo de clientes e fortalecendo suas marcas no mercado. Além disso, a iniciativa fomenta a inovação nos cardápios, incentivando os estabelecimentos a explorarem novos sabores e experiências gastronômicas diferenciadas.

Como funciona?

Os estabelecimentos inscritos desenvolvem um prato exclusivo para o festival, inspirado nos ingredientes e tradições da gastronomia local. Durante o período do evento, o público tem a oportunidade de experimentar essas criações a preços promocionais, o que amplia o acesso e incentiva a experimentação de novos sabores.

Os restaurantes participantes têm flexibilidade para oferecer os pratos tanto no salão quanto por delivery e take away (para levar), adaptando-se às preferências dos consumidores e ampliando seu alcance.
