Dia Mundial da Água: RioMar Kennedy recebe Circuito interativo com quebra-cabeça e ‘caça ao lixo’ apresentando ciclo do saneamento

O RioMar Kennedy, em parceria com a Ambiental Ceará, realiza ação educativa ilustrando o percurso do esgoto. A atividade é gratuita e visa fomentar a reflexão sobre o Dia Mundial da Água, celebrado em 22 de março. A iniciativa acontece entre os dias 14 e 16 de março, das 16h às 20h.

 

O circuito educativo acontece em um estande, no Piso L2, próximo às Casas Bahia, e inicia com um quebra-cabeça no qual o participante precisa solucionar o problema de esgoto a céu aberto encaixando as peças e montando a imagem de uma residência devidamente conectada à rede de esgotamento sanitário.

 

A etapa seguinte é em uma “máquina de garra”, onde, em vez de caçar ursinhos de pelúcia, o participante vai retirar bolas simbolizando os resíduos descartados de forma incorreta no esgoto, como cotonetes, garrafas pet e sacolas plásticas. Cada “lixo” retirado da máquina vale um brinde. A última etapa é na Estação de Tratamento de Esgoto (ETE), em que o participante vai entender como o efluente é tratado e receber o brinde que ganhou.

 

“De uma forma leve e interativa, vamos não somente explicar todo o ciclo do saneamento, mas mostrar o papel de cada um de nós, enquanto cidadãos, na universalização do esgotamento sanitário, que é o objetivo maior da Ambiental Ceará. Por isso, estamos destacando que as casas precisam estar ligadas à rede e que os moradores não devem descartar lixo no sistema de esgotamento sanitário, por exemplo. Nossa meta é sempre conectar a próxima casa”, destaca a diretora de Relações Institucionais da Ambiental Ceará, Águeda Muniz.

 

“A atividade dá visibilidade às ações de sustentabilidade e conscientização da população sobre o uso dos recursos naturais de forma responsável, além de compactuar com o que acreditamos em nossos empreendimentos”, ressalta Karine Costa, coordenadora de sustentabilidade dos shoppings RioMar Fortaleza e RioMar Kennedy.
