Confira entrevista do presidente da CDL Jovem – Fortaleza, Roberto Leite, à Cacto Mídia sobre carreira, mercado e empreendedorismo

Roberto Leite é presidente da CDL Jovem desde 2021, com atuação desde 2011. A sua trajetória profissional é marcada por uma paixão pelo Ceará. Hoje é Diretor da Vitorino Turismo, agência de turismo receptivo com foco no nosso estado, e Diretor da Horizonte Transportes, empresa familiar e uma das pioneiras no transporte de passageiros. É formado em Direito pela Unifor e possui MBA em Gestão de Negócios. Além da CDL Jovem, é membro voluntário da Comunidade Lumen.

CM- Explane sobre o trabalho e as principais ações desenvolvidas pela CDL Jovem? Quantos são os associados? Quais são os principais segmentos?

A CDL jovem tem como missão integrar os jovens empreendedores e empresários da capital, promovendo conhecimento, compartilhando experiências e trocando. É colaboração mútua.
Esse tripé é a nossa missão. O conceito da minha gestão é exatamente essa transformação no comportamento dos associados. É transformar jovens e empreendedores em transformadores, quer seja no seu negócio e também na sociedade. Desenvolvemos várias ações ao longo do ano, ao longo dessa gestão, para essa missão, para esse conceito que nós temos, porque nós acreditamos que o empreendedorismo transforma a vida das pessoas. Então, nós realizamos uma a duas vezes por mês almoços empresariais, no qual nós convidamos um empresário ou algum executivo ou alguém que tenha um conteúdo bacana, que possa inspirar, que possa impactar os associados. Esse encontro acontece sempre às terças-feiras. Nós almoçamos fazendo network e tendo o conteúdo de uma palestra. Eu posso falar que esse é o nosso carro chefe. Nós realizamos mais de trinta almoços empresariais por ano.

Além disso, nós realizamos várias missões empresariais. No ano passado, nós fomos para Manaus e no final deste mês de junho estaremos em Belo Horizonte conhecendo empresas, fazendo network, conhecendo o que mundo está fazendo, o que o nosso Brasil está colocando. Essa troca é um momento que ganhamos muito. Nós fazemos networking entre os associados, nós fazemos integrações, MasterChef, alguns eventos sociais como o de final de ano e o São João que teremos agora e alguns Happy Hours. Então, isso, nós realizamos para a integração. Realizamos também o Beer and Innovation, que é um evento para inovação, onde convidamos start-ups para poder conversar conosco ou conversamos sobre temas voltados a inovação e ligado a esse mundo novo, que tomou conta de nós e que já não é tão novo mais. Esses são os principais serviços e atividades que nós desenvolvemos.

Anualmente nós fazemos um Dia Livre de Impostos, que é uma conscientização política contra a alta carga tributária. Nós realizamos recentemente e foi um sucesso. Essa é uma outra grande ação que nós também realizamos. E há diversas outras coisas ao longo do tempo, que a criatividade dos nossos diretores e as oportunidades vão trazendo.

Atualmente, nós temos duzentos associados. Nós tivemos um aumento muito grande após a retomada. Isso mostra que as pessoas estão desejando, buscando conhecimento e trocando informações, querendo saber como é que esta as situações dos demais, dos pares, enfim, acredito que nós vamos com essa sede. A CDL Jovem mesmo estando na casa da CDL de Fortaleza, ela não é a casa apenas do varejo, mas do varejo e do serviço. Hoje, nós temos a metade dos nossos associados do varejo e a outra metade do serviço. São jovens empreendedores dos dois segmentos.

 

CM- Qual a principal característica que o empreendedor iniciante deve ter? Atualmente existe algum segmento mais visado, algo que os lojistas vejam como mais lucrativo no mercado?

Primeiramente, ele deve ter algo que ele possa se apaixonar. Ele vê um propósito nisso. Nós temos que ter em nossos negócios um propósito. O que é que o nosso negócio quer? O que o nosso business vai impactar na sociedade, impactar no mundo, qual legado que nós vamos deixar? O que vamos fazer de diferente? Então, acredito que principalmente hoje, com a nova cultura do varejo e do serviço, nós precisamos ter essa reflexão. E buscar dentro de nós o que nos move a empreender. O que nós vamos fazer para transformar a vida das pessoas? Seja aquelas que venham a trabalhar conosco ou aquelas que vão ser as consumidoras, vão ser nossos clientes. Então, essa inquietação é a principal hoje, que eu coloco depois de tanto escutar os palestrantes, escutar grandes empresas falando sobre o propósito. Acredito que nós temos que ter o propósito muito claro. Quem deseja empreender precisa saber que é um mundo de riscos. Nós não temos, não sabemos como vai ser o dia de amanhã, mas nós temos que trabalhar. Trabalhar e trabalhar.

 

“Muitas vezes achamos que a vida de empresário é fácil, que é como fosse um status, mas não é. É um trabalho como todos os outros, mas um trabalho que a gente não para. A gente trabalha pela manhã, tarde e noite. A gente sonha e acorda pensando nisso. Então, nós devemos estar dispostos a isso. Temos que estar dispostos a nos doarmos e a nos consumir por isso também”.

 

CM- Como a CDL Jovem atua com as novas demandas de mercado? (No período da pandemia houve a crescente de lives e cursos?) E sobre o desenvolvimento de ambientes inovadores e da criação de startup como pensam?

A CDL Jovem vai acompanhando o mercado a todo momento. Durante a pandemia, em 2020, que lógico, pegou a gente de surpresa, nós buscamos fazer várias lives. Fizemos alguns encontros pelo Zoom compartilhando principalmente experiências naquilo que já ia acontecer. Realizamos também workshops durante a pandemia em 2021. Foram 03 workshops que nós ofertamos aos nossos associados e demos consultorias também. Fizemos links com o SEBRAE para fazer consultorias para as pessoas, para quem desejasse de forma gratuita. Enfim, nós buscamos trabalhar isso na pandemia.

Mas, durante a pandemia, acredito que o principal legado que nós tivemos, principal oferta que a CDL Jovem nos deu, foi o nosso grupo de WhatsApp. Pode parecer incrível, mas durante a pandemia era o primeiro grupo que eu via toda hora, mesmo sendo várias pessoas falando, porque todos estavam ali para ajudar um ao outro com informações. Era um contador, um advogado trazendo informações quentes de decretos, de reportagens para nós sabermos qual o benefício queria fazer. Eram empresas colocando algumas ações que estavam realizando. Então, para aquele momento de 2020, que nós vimos todo mundo buscando a colaboração mútua. Vivendo isso. Acredito, que neste momento da pandemia, a principal oferta que a CDL Jovem nos deu foi nós termos o outro associado, mesmo sem se ver nos almoços empresariais. Mas tínhamos aquele grupo super movimentado e todo mundo com a mesma causa, buscando que ninguém feche suas portas, que ninguém passasse por uma necessidade. Então, isso foi melhor e maior do que qualquer live, do que qualquer curso, workshop que também nós ofertamos.

Sobre desenvolvimento de ambiente inovadores ou startups. Um dos nossos produtos, que nós temos como atividades é o Beer and Innovation, que é o momento que a gente vai tomar uma cerveja, como o nome já informa, e vamos falar sobre inovações. Nós visitamos hubs de inovações, conversamos com startups e trocamos experiências com eles. Nós trazemos os startups mais próximo dos empresários para poder ver quais são as soluções que podemos ofertar. Isso, estamos fazendo de uma forma frequente nessa gestão.

 

CM- Deixe a sua mensagem para quem está pensando em empreender? Que dicas você daria, que locais as pessoas podem procurar para apoio e instruções?

Essa pergunta talvez é mais difícil. Quais são as dicas? Quem sou eu, né? E eu também estou querendo saber, né? Também sou um aprendiz. Todos nós temos que ter essa humildade de sempre estarmos aprendendo e como eu aprendo com a CDL jovem. Então, a primeira dica que vou colocar aqui é exatamente essa, que nós temos que buscar aprender. Nós sempre temos que buscar estar no clima, numa atmosfera com outros empreendedores. O associativismo é ótimo para isso. Você está com pessoas de diversos ramos, diversos segmentos, mas ali falando da mesma coisa, do empreender. Então, conviver nessa atmosfera, conviver nesse clima, isso é muito importante. Isso me inspira. Eu vivo isso e pretendo passar muito tempo ainda respirando, sendo inspirado, impactado por esses colegas associados, diretores, presidentes que a CDL Jovem tem e as outras associações também. Então, o associativismo é muito importante para isso.

Outra dica que posso colocar aqui é que você tem que ter muito claro. O que é? Onde eu quero chegar? O que eu quero fazer? Lógico que a gente escuta várias histórias e vários cases que começaram sem planejamento nenhum e que deram certo. Mas, hoje nós temos vários conhecimentos que podem nos dar orientação, para que possamos planejar mais o nosso negócio e não fazer apenas na emoção e levando dia por dia.

Termos planejamento. Acredito que outra dica é nós termos um planejamento. Mas, nós temos que começar. A vez a gente quer planejar tanto e quer fazer tantas coisas que não começamos. O começo precisa do começar, né? Então, para começar alguma coisa comece. Busque começar minimamente planejado.

Já coloquei também acima sobre o propósito. Para mim, hoje em dia, isso é muito forte. A pessoa saber qual o propósito do meu negócio e qual o propósito que deve ter. Você pode procurar pessoas para lhe dar instruções. Acredito que conversar com outro empreendedor que esteja mais tempo, que possa falar de como começou, que possa lhe motivar, que possa também lhe colocar a real, isso é muito importante. Não precisa ser uma pessoa de tão longe, muitas vezes ao nosso redor, tem pessoas que empreendem. Então, chega nela e pede para tomar um café com você, deixa eu trocar, estou pensando em fazer isso, como foi que começou, qual foi a tua principal dor, como faz para decidir as coisas, quais as dificuldades, enfim, eu acho que buscar um colega, um amigo empreendedor que esteja a mais tempo no mercado, isso é superimportante.

Existem também instituições. Nós podemos colocar o SEBRAE, a casa do pequeno empreendedor, do médio, das pequenas empresas. O SEBRAE é um local que pode ajudar muito as pessoas que estão iniciando. É uma casa que realmente lhe acolhe e que tem diversos produtos e serviços disponíveis. Dentro do SEBRAE tem um programa que me chama muito a atenção, que é o Empretec. Inclusive, nós realizamos dentro do Empretec, uma turma exclusiva da CDL jovem este ano. É um curso comportamental que fiz e durou uma semana. É fantástico. Se eu fosse dar dica de fazer um curso, seria o Empretec. Ele trabalha dez comportamentos que o empreendedor deve ter. Então, acho que todas as dicas vão estar concentradas lá.

Bom eu poderia ficar falando sobre várias dicas de empreendedorismo, mas essas são algumas que me deu no coração, que lembrei e serviram para mim. Mas, estou a cada dia aprendendo, renovando e refletindo sobre os meus comportamentos e as minhas ações para poder continuar firme.
