Reunindo a proposta de apresentar a gastronomia como arte, a terceira edição do Festival Costume Gourmet, promovido pelo Mercadinhos São Luiz, movimentou o público cearense com exposições e galerias que permitiam que os participantes fizessem uma imersão utilizando olfato, paladar, tato, audição e visão sobre a origem dos alimentos e bebidas. No total, mais de 7 mil pessoas passaram pelo evento realizado no último final de semana no shopping RioMar Fortaleza.
Diversos estandes e marcas ativaram os seus produtos, apresentando dicas de receitas, fabricação, modo de preparo, além de momentos de criações e degustações. Renomados chefs de cozinha como Elcio Nagano, Phelipe Carvalho, Edil Costa, Bia Leitão, Ana Paula Rezende, Felipe Cicconato, Fernando Barroso, entre outros, deram ainda voz às oficinas que desmistificaram o modo de fazer receitas. As ações envolveram o público, com pessoas de todas as idades, com momentos de muita interatividade.
A causa social apoiada pelo Festival Costume Gourmet também foi destaque na programação. No total, mais de R$ 37 mil foram arrecadados nos três dias através das vendas dos ingressos, que serão destinados ao Instituto Povo do Mar (IPOM), ao Instituto do Câncer do Ceará (ICC), e ao Instituto Primeira Infância (Iprede). Na pauta da sustentabilidade, todos os resíduos recicláveis e embalagens biodegradáveis gerados durante o evento, serão compostados e destinados à Associação de Catadores de Materiais Recicláveis da Comunidade Nossa Senhora Aparecida, em parceria com a empresa Verdear Eventos + Sustentáveis.
Ana Luiza Ramalho, gerente de marketing do Mercadinhos São Luiz, analisa a edição com otimismo e mais responsabilidade para as próximas que virão. “Este foi o retorno do Festival Costume Gourmet no modelo presencial logo após a pandemia, sabíamos que o público estava com saudade desse contato assim como nós. E o resultado não poderia ter sido mais agradável. Ao lado de parceiros, fornecedores e patrocinadores, fizemos uma edição inédita, totalmente diferente do que já tínhamos proposto até então e temos certeza que fica agora a missão de continuar melhorando e trazendo o que há de mais novo no nosso mercado. Só podemos agradecer a cada um que contribuiu com o sucesso do Festival”, detalha.

Macedo, Pepsico, MDB, D’Origem, Brava, Granja Regina, Merci, Nestlé Linha Seca, Nestlé DPA, Sadia, Avine, Danone, Bauducco, Pernod, Ambev, BR Spices, Suzano/Papel Scala, Sabor & Vida, IMAC e Josapar.
