O presidente da CDL de Fortaleza, Assis Cavalcante, e o representante da Associação Brasileira de Shopping Centers (Abrasce) no Ceará, Wellington Oliveira, se reuniram na última terça-feira (8) com a imprensa local para divulgar o funcionamento do comércio nas lojas do Centro e nos shoppings de Fortaleza durante os jogos do Brasil nessa primeira fase da Copa do Mundo.
A sugestão do presidente Assis Cavalcante é que o comércio de rua feche meia hora antes e volte meia depois do jogo do Brasil, que vai ocorrer em uma segunda-feira (28/11), às 13 horas, bem semelhante ao formato das últimas copas realizadas em 2014 e 2018. Para este dia (28), a CDL planeja colocar um telão na Praça do Ferreira e em parceira com o Cineteatro São Luiz, abrir o local para os torcedores da seleção brasileira assistirem a partida. De 24 de novembro e 02 de dezembro, o time brasileiro entra em campo às 16h. Nesse horário, o comércio do Centro fecharia 30 minutos antes e voltaria a funcionar somente no dia seguinte.
O encontrou realizado na sede da CDL teve ainda a fala do representante da Abrasce, Wellington Oliveira, que divulgou que os shoppings poderão permanecer abertos para atender os clientes, mesmo no horário dos jogos. Informou, ainda, que as lojas que não são de alimentação poderão fechar 30 minutos antes e ter reabertura de 30 minutos após o encerramento das partidas do Brasil. Comentou que as praças de alimentação e os restaurantes serão orientados a permanecer abertos durante o horário de transmissão dos jogos.
Wellington Oliveira lembrou que nesses espaços de lazer os shoppings poderão colocar TVs. Além disso, sugere que os clientes acompanhem as redes sociais ou entrem em contato com o empreendimento para saber o horário e forma de funcionamento no período dos jogos.
