Seguindo o propósito do empreendimento de oferecer lazer e bem-estar ao público, o Jardins Open Mall promove, a partir do mês de setembro, uma programação gratuita de treinos ao ar livre na área do shopping assinada em parceria com a Ayo Fitness Club, academia de referência no segmento premium da cidade. A ação integra o projeto “Bem-Estar no Jardins”, que iniciou com a abertura de uma turma de assessoria esportiva no mês de agosto.

Os treinos gratuitos promovidos pelo shopping mais verde da cidade e a AYO Fitness Club incluem aulas de Yoga, Fitdance, MatPilates e Cardiohit, todas conduzidas por profissionais da academia. Os treinos acontecerão na pracinha verde do Jardins, aos sábados (12/09, 26/09, 17/10 e 31/10), sempre às 8h, e o público poderá se inscrever a partir do preenchimento do formulário divulgado nas redes sociais do Jardins Open Mall (link na bio @jardinsopenmall). As vagas são limitadas e os treinos terão distanciamento social e material individualizado, seguindo todos os protocolos de segurança para evitar a proliferação da covid-19. Confira a programação:
