Parceria entre Instituto iungo e Seduc-RS oferece curso on-line e autoformativo para educadores da Educação Básica, promovendo práticas antirracistas e reflexões sobre diversidade nas escolas
Estão abertas as inscrições para o Cartografias: projetos de vida e Educação para as relações étnico-raciais. O curso é uma correalização do Instituto iungo, fundado pelo Instituto MRV, e da Secretaria da Educação do Rio Grande do Sul (Seduc-RS) e traz conteúdos teóricos e atividades práticas. A formação é on-line, autoformativa e aberta a professores da Educação Básica de todas as áreas do conhecimento.
Com uma carga horária de 16 horas, o curso reafirma o compromisso com uma educação antirracista, promovendo reflexões que ressignificam a relação entre educadores e estudantes, valorizando o respeito à diversidade. Além disso, contribui para o desenvolvimento de projetos de vida no ambiente escolar.
Durante o percurso, os participantes são incentivados a se reconhecerem como agentes de mudança em sua escola e comunidade, contribuindo para uma cultura escolar que valorize a diversidade e a justiça social.
Por que participar?
O Cartografias: Projetos de Vida e Educação para as Relações Étnico-Raciais propõe que os docentes trabalhem com seus estudantes de forma crítica e transformadora, valorizando suas trajetórias pessoais e repertórios culturais. Os participantes têm acesso a práticas pedagógicas que relacionam a educação para as relações étnico-raciais com projetos de vida, além de inspirações para atividades e planejamento de aulas sobre o tema.
Parceria pela Educação para as relações étnico-raciais
Nos últimos cinco anos, o Instituto iungo tem contribuído para uma educação de qualidade por meio da formação continuada, em colaboração com redes de ensino. Esse compromisso é reconhecido nas parcerias firmadas, como com a Secretaria da Educação do Rio Grande do Sul (Seduc-RS). Em 2022, a Secretaria implementou o Programa de Educação Antirracista, promovendo letramento étnico-racial, ampliando a representatividade negra na liderança da própria secretaria e implementando ações para a equidade racial na educação.
Parceiro da Seduc-RS desde 2021, o Instituto iungo participa da formação de educadores no programa Nosso Ensino Médio e foi convidado a colaborar no Programa de Educação Antirracista pela sua expertise em educação para as relações étnico-raciais e projetos de vida.
De acordo com Raquel Teixeira, secretária de Estado da Educação: “A parceria da Secretaria da Educação com o Instituto iungo é essencial para o fortalecimento das políticas educacionais voltadas à equidade. Ter o iungo nesse processo também amplia nossa atuação, fortalecendo o compromisso do Estado com uma educação pública democrática, inclusiva e comprometida com os direitos humanos.”
Para Alcielle dos Santos, diretora de Educação do Instituto iungo, o Cartografias “é um estudo que permite pensar e planejar como os conceitos sobre educação para as relações étnico-raciais precisam ser compreendidos e internalizados pelos educadores, sendo trabalhados com os estudantes nas situações de aprendizagem e na prática em sala de aula. Não apenas para sensibilização, mas também no combate ao racismo dentro das escolas.”
Cartografias
Cartografias iungo são cursos gratuitos voltados para professores e gestores escolares. As formações, alinhadas à Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), são on-line, autoformativas e gratuitas.
