Praia do Futuro é palco do I Festival de Gastronomia com o tema “Caranguejo”

O I Festival de Gastronomia da Praia do Futuro foi lançado para a imprensa nesta quarta-feira, dia 13 de novembro, na Barraca Marulho, durante o 1° Fórum de Desenvolvimento ESG da Praia do Futuro, o evento acontece de 14 a 24 deste mês.

A primeira edição do festival tem como tema o “Caranguejo”, iguaria tradicional presente na agenda do cearense, e essa iniciativa visa promover a gastronomia regional, nossa cultura: “Quinta do Caranguejo”.

Fátima Queiroz, presidente da Associação dos Empresários da Praia do Futuro (AEPF), ressaltou que “o Festival é uma ação pensada há bastante tempo, saiu dos planos e está concretizada em nossas panelas e esperamos que seja um atrativo para os nossos turistas, assim como também para o público cativo do nosso Estado, que amam a nossa Praia do Futuro”.

O I Festival de Gastronomia da Praia do Futuro é uma realização da Associação dos Empresários da Praia do Futuro – AEPF, por meio do projeto “Barracas da Praia do Futuro – Patrimônio dos Cearenses”, e conta com o patrocínio do Banco do Nordeste – BNB e Governo Federal  e apoio do SEBRAE-CE.
