Mercado de trabalho: Estão abertas 5 mil vagas para curso gratuito de capacitação no Ceará

O Coletivo Online já impactou a vida de mais de 200 mil jovens brasileiros, inseriu mais de 60 mil no mercado, e formou mais de 38 mil cearenses, proporcionando emprego e renda em todo o país

Estão abertas 5 mil vagas no Ceará para o curso Coletivo Online, oferecido gratuitamente pelo Instituto Coca-Cola Brasil em parceria com a Solar Coca-Cola. Esta capacitação é voltada para jovens de 16 a 25 anos, com renda familiar de até dois salários-mínimos, que concluíram ou estão concluindo o Ensino Médio. O curso visa auxiliar os jovens a entender o mercado de trabalho e orientá-los na busca por emprego, oferecendo dicas práticas e atualizadas sobre como elaborar um currículo, como se comportar em uma entrevista e até mesmo sobre organização e planejamento financeiro.

A iniciativa Coletivo Online faz parte da Plataforma Coletivo Jovem, que tem como foco a empregabilidade de jovens em situação de vulnerabilidade social. Desde o início de sua implementação, em 2009, a Plataforma já impactou mais de 200 mil jovens, chegando a mais de 2 mil municípios. Do total de beneficiados, mais de 60 mil tiveram acesso ao mercado de trabalho.

Auxiliando a juventude, nós conseguimos fomentar o conhecimento, oportunidades e participar ativamente da construção de um futuro melhor para todos”, destaca Renata Melo, diretora regional da Solar.

Além de online e gratuito, o curso é realizado com duração rápida, via WhatsApp, e está disponível em todo o território nacional. São, ao todo, 11 videoaulas, que podem ser maratonadas, bastando ter uma conexão à internet para conseguir receber os vídeos.

Após a capacitação, o jovem irá receber um certificado de conclusão para adicionar ao currículo. Ele também poderá se cadastrar em uma comunidade de vagas exclusivas de mais de 400 empregadores parceiros. Até o momento, mais de 38 mil jovens já se formaram pelo Coletivo no Ceará.
