SINCONPE/CE e FIEC promovem Seminário sobre “Governança Mercado – A nova Lei de Licitações e Contratos”

O Sindicato da Indústria e da Construção Pesada do Ceará (SINCONPE/CE) e a Federação das Indústrias do Estado do Ceará (FIEC) promovem no dia 31 de março, o Seminário sobre “Governança Mercado – A nova Lei de Licitações e Contratos”. O Seminário contará com a presença do Ministro do Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU), Weder de Oliveira, que debaterá sobre a Execução dos Contratos pela Lei.

 

Para o presidente do SINCONPE/CE, Dinalvo Diniz, o seminário é de extrema importância para todos do setor da construção pesada. “É importante estarmos sempre atualizados sobre o novo regramento que trouxe uma série de inovações, possibilitando um cenário com diálogo mais competitivo e atrativo para todos”, salienta.

 

O Seminário também terá palestras sobre: A Contratação pela nova Lei de Licitações 14.133; Obras e Serviços de Engenharia na Nova Lei; Execução, fiscalização, alteração e extinção de contratos; Da fase preparatória ao edital e homologação da licitação e Contratações diretas pela administração.
