A Rede OTO, maior rede de hospitais particulares do Ceará, realizará, no próximo sábado, 11, ação voltada para a promoção da saúde e o bem-estar no Parque do Cocó. Com início às 8h, a iniciativa irá disponibilizar para o público serviços como aferição de pressão arterial e teste de glicemia, além de atividades físicas como dança e sorteio de brindes. O evento, realizado na semana do Dia Internacional das Mulheres, tem como tema “Cuide bem do seu maior amor: VOCÊ”.

“Mulheres geralmente têm dupla ou até tripla jornada durante a semana, e isso faz com, algumas vezes, que elas deixem a saúde em segundo plano. Precisamos nos conscientizar sobre a importância de estarmos bem, com saúde física e mental não apenas para darmos conta da rotina, mas principalmente, para termos qualidade de vida. A ação promovida pela Rede OTO tem esse objetivo, reforçar a importância do autocuidado. Entendemos que a saúde feminina necessita de uma atenção especial e diferenciada, e é essa mensagem que queremos ressaltar,” comenta Manuela Sales, gestora de marketing da Rede OTO.
