Em um país com mais de 213 milhões de habitantes* e, as chamadas minorias, não são minorias, vive uma troca de identidade e valores, quando em século XXI, as margens de profissionais sendo mulheres e negros ainda não ocupam cargos majoritários e de liderança em grandes corporações.

A população preta do país recebe menos que os brancos e é maioria nos setores da economia com baixa remuneração. Entre os principais obstáculos para a inserção estão o preconceito e dificuldades de acesso à educação. Apesar de constituírem 55,8% da população, a representatividade no mercado de trabalho ainda é baixa, mostram dados do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE).

Para a sócia-diretora da Vivaz Soluções, Maria Souza, considerada negra e com formação em administração de empresas e pós-graduações e especialista em gestão de pessoas, pouco a pouco, os negros têm ganhado espaços nas empresas que promovem ações em prol da diversidade. “Os números podem ser maiores do que mostram as estatísticas, mas as iniciativas privadas com políticas de inclusão têm feito seu papel, dando equidade, valor e abrindo portas às mulheres e negros”, completa Maria.

“Durante as seleções e recrutamentos de profissionais a cargos de liderança, ainda percebo a tímida presença de mulheres e de pessoas de cor. Vivemos em um país racista, negacionista, porém, somos maioria em um país que não dar oportunidades. A escolaridade, moradia e a geração de primeiro emprego tem sido entraves para essas pessoas chegarem ao status de liderança”, afirma a gestora de pessoas, Maria Souza.

“Hoje, nos bancos de universidades existem muitos negros e mulheres que almejam espaços de trabalho, como estão preparados para assumir responsabilidades como gestores e líderes de grandes corporações. As etapas de recrutamento, encontramos e analisamos estes comportamentos, como sabemos que gênero e cor não devem ser obstáculos para ocupar alguma posição de vaga de trabalho”, finaliza a sócia-diretora, Maria Souza.
