As inscrições gratuitas para as Oficinas Multidisciplinares, que compreende as áreas de
Comunicação, Inglês, Compreensões Numéricas, Tecnologias e Empregabilidade, vão até o dia
15 de dezembro

O Instituto João Carlos Paes Mendonça de Compromisso Social (IJCPM), área social do
Grupo JCPM, está com inscrições abertas para novas turmas de oficinas
multidisciplinares gratuitas para o ano de 2025, voltadas para o desenvolvimento de
habilidades, desafios do mercado de trabalho e empreendedorismo. Ao todo, são 240
vagas nas seguintes áreas: Comunicação, Inglês, Compreensões Numéricas,
Tecnologias e Empregabilidade. O processo de sensibilização será em janeiro e as aulas
se iniciam em fevereiro de 2025.

As formações são destinadas aos jovens de 16 a 24 anos, que sejam estudantes ou
egressos de escola pública e moradores das comunidades do entorno dos shoppings
RioMar Fortaleza e RioMar Kennedy. Os bairros de atuação do Instituto JCPM em
Fortaleza são: Presidente Kennedy, Álvaro Weyne, Vila Ellery, Floresta, Padre Andrade,
Pici, São Geraldo, Parquelândia, Monte Castelo, Papicu, Cais do Porto, Vicente Pinzon,
Praia do Futuro, Caça e Pesca, Dunas, Cidade 2000, Mucuripe, Varjota, Aldeota,
Meireles, Cocó, Praia de Iracema e Guararapes.

Para participar é necessário que os interessados realizem inscrição por meio do
formulário digital (Unidade do IJCPM Papicu https://bit.ly/inscricoesijcpmpapicu2025
Unidade do IJCPM Pres. Kennedy https://bit.ly/cursosijcpmkennedy2025) até o dia 15
de dezembro. A inscrição será confirmada após verificação dos pré-requisitos do
candidato.

Curso: Oficinas Multidisciplinares
O curso tem duração semestral e visa proporcionar conhecimentos nas áreas de
comunicação, inglês, compreensões numéricas, tecnologia e empregabilidade, bem
como ajudar no desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades necessárias aos jovens,
para que possam ser mais assertivos nas tomadas de decisões, dando mais sentido ao
propósito de vida pessoal e profissional de cada um.
As oficinas têm uma abordagem lúdica, trazendo a comunidade como pano de fundo,
onde o jovem é o protagonista. Para além das habilidades cognitivas é dado ênfase às
competências socioemocionais, onde são trabalhados sentimentos, talentos e
comportamentos que podem mudar perspectivas individuais e coletivas.
Sobre o Instituto JCPM

O Instituto JCPM de Compromisso Social atua, prioritariamente, com jovens de 16 a 24
anos, moradores de comunidades do entorno dos empreendimentos comerciais do
Grupo JCPM no Ceará, Recife, Bahia e Sergipe. Na capital cearense, o IJCPM conta com
duas unidades, no RioMar Fortaleza, no bairro Papicu; e no RioMar Kennedy, no
Presidente Kennedy. Até novembro de 2024, a instituição já realizou mais de 26 mil
atendimentos, destes 3.500 foram inseridos no mercado de trabalho. São
desenvolvidos cursos, oficinas, palestras e atividades profissionais e culturais voltados
para uma formação integral do jovem. Outra frente de atuação são as ações com as
instituições sociais e as comunidades vizinhas.
